The costume is pretty good for the price. The fabric is slightly see-through which is to be expected for costumes of this level. Pants have an elastic waistband which is hidden by the "jacket". Give the costume a quick ironing to eliminate the fold lines and create the proper formal pant creases and it will look great. The poor quality of the hat is difficult to determine from the product image, but you'll almost certainly want to replace it. I chose the Admiral Hat - White Flagship and was really pleased with the quality.
