VERY Disappointed. The item description specifically says "Platinum Pets Formal Dog Necktie and Collar, 13 to 14-Inch, Blue." However, it does not fit a dog with a 14 inch neck. It won't even fit a dog with a 12 inch neck, because the lenght fo the collar part is only 13.5 inches long (I know, I measured it), and since it's secured by velcro and part of that length has to overlap to close. Plus, the length of the tie itself is deceptively shorter than the picture. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. Luckily, I bought this with enough time to spare before our engagement shoot with our dogs, so I could find something else, or I'd be mad and disappointed.
