The chest, legs, and hands padding is really strong and good quality one.. the mask is also smooth on the inside and fit my 6 yr old quite comfortable... ninjago jay being his fav, this costume worked out very well for us..
Kid loves it!
First store bought costume I've ever had. When the kid said "ninja" for halloween, I thought "oh easy!". Black sweat pants, black turtleneck. Then he said Blue ninja; like Ninjago. What the...? After we searched, we found this: and a bit better than I expected after seeing the cheap (yet expensive) ripoffs at dept stores. The Black suit is thin, cheap nylon and won't hold up to tons of wear but great for halloween and a few months of ninja dress up. The vest/shield, arm guards and shin guards are foam and will wear longer than the black suit. They attach with two straps that velcro together. The mask is hard plastic and very durable - years of use out of that. So when he outgrows or wrecks the cheap black nylon part of the suit - we can resort to Plan A and use the black sweatpants and turtleneck with the other durable accessories. PS: The sword does not come with it - we separately purchased blue foam nunchuks - which he used to split his brothers head open...but that's...
Very good
A very high quality costume. My kid loved it so much. It is comfortable and easy to wear. I would add a sward for a few dollars to make it perfect.
