First off, for a $25 costume, the material is pretty tough! It has some nice rips in it, but if you want them bigger, you'll HAVE TO use scissors to do the job.
It says one size fits most, and they're right! If you're a size 12-16... maybe 18 (I'm a 14), it'll fit! You just may want to put this dress on over your head. Since it's a halter dress, it'll fit almost anyone without being too tight.

The dress looks a tiny bit different at the top where it is showing white flapped down because it is actually black under there and the only way it would flap like that is if I rip it. However, The dress fit wonderfully and looks great!!! I'm so glad I bought it!

Yeah, I suppose you could create this dress by ripping up an old dress and adding some crinolin, but for the price this dress was exactly what I was looking for. It's a great zombie costume with a bit of flirt.
