The package includes the toga and sash and cord, and they do look pretty cool. However, you need to get everything else as it is not included (I know the ad disclaims it, but it is best to show only what you are getting). I'm a regular size guy and supplies were getting low so I went with the big guy option. Being a toga, it was all good. Overall, it is a decent costume at a good price.
