The material is ok for the price. It is more like a long top than a dress (I guess this model is very short, and skinny).
I had to wear it with leggings, I am 5'4 and around 125 libs, so it was a bit tight for a kids party, but with the leggings and a little sweater was ok.
Will not buy again.
