My son wears a size 10, and this costume was super small on him. I recommend getting a larger size for your child. In addition, it was seriously tacky. The hat needed to be shaped, which was difficult but fine, but the hair and the beads looked terrible. Nothing like Jack sparrow. For the price, I expected something of higher quality. Even the clothe was icky.... And god forbid my son needed to breathe, the whole thing would come undone....
