Ordered XS,which fits snugly except around my chest(I'm a size XS or 0, 32D/34D). The waist is just the perfect size for me but I can hardly zip it all the way up. This would make a super cute Halloween costume for someone with smaller boobs. The costume is well made and doesn't look cheaply thrown together.Also I think it's more for someone like the girl in the picture--young, white, blond. Not everyone can pull it off.
