Although the chest and upper arms of the costume were well padded to give the muscle look, the lower torso and forearms were completely paddingless, ruining the effect. The claws were so horribly flimsy I had to go out and buy a separate pair. There was no X-Men belt buckle either. The lower portion fit like baggy pyjama pants. All in all, I would rate this costume a 6.5/10
Poor customer service for a good product.
The product was fine. However, I cannot rate the vendor as well as the merchendise. Shortly after ordering the costume we discovered we were going to be unable to use it. When I called to return it, I discovered that the return policy for this product did not permit a return. However, I asked to speak to a manager in order to request an exception since the costume was purchased for a fundraising event for a school library. This all occurred after Halloween. we were trying to return it since any expense would come out of the money we were trying to make for the school. I was shuffled through three operators only to be given the email for an individual who could supposedly make the final decision. It has been over a month and I have yet to here a response from them. I am not claiming they should have given me a return, I know I was requesting an exception to the rule. However, the lack of response speaks volumes about the management. At a minimum, you answer your customers...
