The packaging would have you believe that you should be getting the white pants and flesh-colored long-sleeve shirt along with the hat and vest, but you don't. I didn't let this affect my rating because it is clearly stated in the item description. Overall, this item is of superb quality for the price and because it's an officially licensed Nintendo product, it's not some cheap knockoff.
The hat is well-made, very soft and quite large! It fits really well (I have a 24" head) and it seems to stay in place. I can see it getting knocked off easily if you ran into a doorframe or low hanging tree, but this is not a big deal. The vest seems a bit on the small side even though it states that it fits a 44" chest (I'm 42"). I also don't see myself wearing the vest without a shirt like the real Toad because it felt really itchy when put on. I'll either go find a flesh-toned shirt like the picture shows or I'll just wear it over a white t-shirt.

Nice quality. Hat fits nicely. Looking forward to the Halloween party. Should get a lot of laughs. We are a Mario World group costume.
Not what I expected...
First off, this item was very expensive for what I received. The package contains the mushroom hat, which does not have the chin strap that the picture shows, and the vest. These products were alright, but I expected to get the white pants and tan color shirt, but no such luck. Buy a different costume if you can.
