First of all sizes in this costume run quite small so I ended up purchasing the wrong size. I contacted the seller to return the item thinking that it'd be quick and easy - definitely not.
The seller contacted me and said during the month of October they do not issue returns on costumes (which was no where stated on the item page) and issued an EA# (Exchange Authorization) and attached a two page exchange agreement in their response email stating that I had to review and sign the agreement, which asks you to provide your credit card information as well which I was nervous about doing. WHY SHOULD ANYONE HAVE TO SIGN SUCH A LONG EXTENSIVE AGREEMENT TO RETURN AN ITEM HASSLE FREE ON AMAZON???!!!!!)
I kept contacting the seller saying that I did not want to get an exchange and wanted a full refund. They kept referring me to that agreement which stated nothing about getting a refund. So I went along with it and sent the item back, having to pay $10 to ship it back...
