I rented this dress from a local costume shop for Halloween 2012. I am a high school Spanish teacher, so I thought it would be perfect. I have been getting serious compliments all day on this costume. I called the shop to ask if they would be willing to sell it to me, and the owner just laughed. So,I went looking online, and could only find slutty outfits that only vaguely looked Spanish or serious flamenco dresses that were WAY out of my price range (at least double or triple the amazon.com price). It was impossible to find a one piece dress that had a skirt with a bata de cola (traditional train)... and then, I came to amazon.com, and there it was! The exact dress I am wearing! It is beautiful fabric (polyester, but feels and looks like velvet), should last a good long time, and is truly a one of a kind piece-classy, theatrical, elegant y muy, muy hermoso. I am so happy to have found this!
