My daughters and I created a CandyLand trunk or treat theme so this costume fit perfectly and the kids love it. I am a size 8-10 but I ordered one size up 12-14 after reading other reviews and I am glad that I did. The costume is not high quality but it is super cute. The hat is really small and I had to place bobby pins to keep it in place. I didn't want a short skirt and this one is about mid thigh in length (I am 5ft 4in). I wore some boy shirts underneath since the material is kind of thin on the back portion of skirt.
