I thought the costume was pretty true to size and I had ordered it even though I knew it was going to be too big for me. I wore it once for an event and came home to find the seems on the top had ripped out completely (thank goodness I wore a tank top under it) This was super frustrating given the top part was WAY to big on me to begin with and it looked as if someone who was too big for it had worn it.
Not worth it
I knew this would be bad, but I thought it would be usable, but it is so bad that I don't know what to do with it. The scarf is just a thin strip of fabric and so is the belt. I thought I might cut off the top and just use the skirt, but I'm not sure that will work either, the dog leash isn't even sewn down.
Bad quality
The costume arrived with a ripe in the material down the right side of the top. Very cheap material and very bad quality.
