It is a pretty solid cape that really holds up well. Wore it in the costume for Tuxedo Mask (Sailor Moon) with the cowl folded down and it fit perfectly. The velcro had knocked it down a star as it wasn't as strong as I had expected it to be since losing grip after wearing it for an hour or so.
Great for a Devil's costume
My husband, who is 6'4, wore this as part of a devil's costume, with the red showing on the outside. He won the costume contest in his division!
