I ordered this costume thinking it would be the perfect match to my daughter's Alice costume. In theory, it's a great match and a fun costume.
When the costume arrived, however, my excitement drained the moment I opened the package. The crown was smashed and has creases in it from where it was folded (thus, making it sit correctly on my head nearly impossible). But that's just the start...The dress itself looks GREAT in pictures...in person, not so much. It was folded in a million ways, severely creased and the printing of the hearts was completely stuck to itself (i.e. like if you put two pieces of tape together on the sticky side). I managed to peel it apart, but not without damaging the look of some of the hearts. There was also transfer from the print on top that went through on the solid black back. Speaking of the top, there were a million strings coming out of random places - just a totally cheap look and feel.
The fit was horrible. I'm a size 12,...
