When I bought this I was a 1x. Im smaller now, but it was a great fit! It hugs all the right places. I didnt like the garter belts so I cut them off. Just wore it with red heels. The sides are lace up, so there was no wearing this out of the house. Still, its very sexy and probably not meant to be worn out anyway.

I agree with the other review about the item being incredibly wrinkly. I will wash it in cool water and hang to dry in hopes the wrinkles will come out. The dress has more stretch and give then you think it would and the laces up the sides can be adjusted for sex appeal or comfort. You choose how you want it to fit and how much skin you want to show! Its quite cute in style. I also agree that the stockings are not plus size so that was disappointing. The stethoscope is just for fun but ads to the outfit! Its a great price for an item like this compared to other ones out there. Pleasantly surprised.

I measured my wife's hips and followed the sizing chart. It fit perfectly and package came on time. This was the only place I found online that included fishnets with the purchase (in the description anyway) but I gave the review 4 stars because this was a plus size costume but the fishnets were not plus size. :( Everyone loved her outfit. Comes very wrinkled turn inside out and lightly iron on low setting.
