This was not the best costume and had to return it. It was a big plastic bag, literally. It would have to be altered, taped, belted etc. to make even look remotely cute. The head piece was difficult to keep on, as other reviewers previously stated. I just didnt think this was the best choice, so I returned it and just went with an old costume. Hope this helps.
ok although didn't look like the picture
great product although the dress was more like a caftan in my size (and I'm not THAT big), it's more like a thin cloth tunic than the more fitted dress in the picture, and the hat was cute but broke easily and we had to figure out how to fix the stretchy strap to keep the hat on. it's really best with go-go boots although I couldn't find the red ones that were so nice in the picture, and went for white ones which also lookd cute.

Had this costume a few years ago and loved it. I don't remember the spinny hat being so loose but I had longer hair back then, plus its not a slutty costume where I have to worry about becoming a hosickle
