I am 140lbs and 5'2", and this was HUGE on me. I was tripping over the dress in 2 inch heels and would have needed to gain about 15 lbs for it to not hang on me. I returned it for the size s/m and still needed to take 7" off the hem!! Other then the inaccurate sizing, it seems to be a very well made costume that will last a few Halloweens and special events. The hat with the s/m size was VERY small. It fit my 2 yr old perfectly, I couldn't get it on my head. Ended up buying a hat from Wal-Mart.
Its a goood costume
I don't give it more stars NOT because it was bad, the costume material was very good quality, the price was great, BUT the hat is very small fitting so it did not fit, it's more for like a child not an adult, another thing is that it is WAY to big, I am a size 2 but this was WAYYYYYYYYY tooooo BIIIIIGGGGGG but I got to fix it with a pin... I just wish they had different sizes Small, Medium, and Large will be good...
Caution on the sizes
This costume is well made and attractive. However, everything the other reviewers said is completely true. I am 6' tall and ordered the smallest adult size offered, but I probably could have gone into the junior sizes. My issue wasn't with the length - the costume only came to the top of my witch boots (which is fine because I didn't trip on it) - but rather the bodice. I had it cinched up as tight as I could get it, it was still loose, and then all the extra fabric on the skirts kind of bunched at the bottom of the bodice. Since I am quirky and all my friends know this, I just translated my costume into a witch gestating an alien baby. But, order down on the size for the dress. The hat I thought would work for me because I have tiny head syndrome, but it was too small even for me. I used black ribbon and turned it into my purse.
