THe item is ok but my thin 12 year old daughter can hardly fit in it - the sizing is wrong.

This is a great costume fits my daughter wonderfully other than in the bust but, it is also good for resizing the costume because of the placing of the seams.. It doesn't come with the petticoat just so you know i didn't expect it to and it looks fine without it but much better with to get that extra puffy look.
